🐚 :: SEA CHANGE :: A three-day 1:1 working retreat at the Oregon Coast 🐚
Receive support, nourishment, rest, clarity, inspiration, & tangible forward movement.

Step away from the distractions and pulls of daily life and sink into creative flow.

This coastal immersion is designed as a working retreat — skillfully held space to attend to your creative longings — the projects that have been hard to prioritize, the big visioning you’ve been wanting to do, the writing that has been clanking around your heart clamoring for attention.

Our time is personalized to you — we might write and word-weave, review and refine an offering, re-energize your website, map new structures and resonant systems, strategize around growth and sustainability and joy, take stock and recalibrate. This is an invitation to experience generative, embodied forward motion in your business and leadership while relishing in spaciousness and support.

We’ll get-sh*t-done, absolutely, and we’ll also rest and relax and just be.

I’ll nourish you with delicious meals and abundant snacks, we’ll walk by the waves, savor stillness, and delight in inspired conversation. There will be art-making and ritual tending. There will be ample time for napping and dreaming and decompressing. Come Sunday evening, we’ll return with renewed clarity, projects completed and plans set into motion, a palpable sense of accomplishment, feeling deeply restored.

  • We’ll leave Portland on Friday at 1pm arriving at the coast around 3pm. Saturday, the whole day is ours to focus-in and move your projects forward (punctuated by energizing breaks, nourishing meals, and beach excursions). Sunday, we’ll depart around 4pm, returning home around 6pm. We can use our car rides, Friday afternoon/evening time and Sunday morning/afternoon time in whatever way best serves your vision and desires.

    We’ll be staying at a cozy sanctuary in Cape Meares outside of Tillamook, a little under two hours from central Portland. You’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom, there is a great open kitchen, a wood stove if we want to curl up by the fire, and a living room beckoning creative process. The house is in a beautiful forested area, up on a small hill with an expansive view of the ocean, and we’ll be just a five-minute stroll to the waves.

    Want to come with a colleague or collaborator!? We can make that happen! Want to add an extra day to your retreat? We can likely do that too!

    The weekend is all-inclusive from Portland. Cost includes all of our mentorship time, transportation to/from PDX & the coast, lodging, all meals, all materials, and our 90-min follow-up session in the month after our retreat.

    *This Retreat is priced like a Threshold Immersion, though it includes far more 1:1 time as well as meals, lodging, and transportation. It is a special offering just for current clients and alums. ✨

As the world continues its wild swirl, this is a place to receive grounding and guidance. Four opportunities to connect throughout the year to engage in powerful reflection, honor your personal and professional seasons and cycles, enhance the sustainability and impact (and joy!) of your work, integrate learnings and take intentional action; strategize, map growth and celebrate success, and be well-equipped to recalibrate when needed. Feel clear, resourced, and uplifted on the journey.

I’ll hold your vision alongside you and will help you root into your goals, capacity, and brilliance.

You and I will have consistent connection throughout the year, meeting for Compass Calls in March, June, September, & December. During our call months, I’ll also provide an expert review of your content and engage in collaborative word-weaving and copywriting if desired.

Includes:

  • Four 90-min mentorship sessions (One scheduled every quarter in 2024 — March, June, September, December)

  • Four hours of word-weaving/editing support (1-hour each month we have a call)

  • Up to 2-hours of voxer/email support (30-min each month we have a call)

  • Access to all of my original tools and frameworks via a private portal
