We’ll start with an inspiring and clarifying intake process where you’ll let me know what questions you have, where things are feeling stuck or stale on your site, and the generative vision you hold for your language.
I’ll spend time with every page of your website (up to six — or your rough draft documents) in a focused read-through, sharing insightful and expert reflection, offering ideas and questions, and providing thoughtful direction on how to edit and hone your existing content (including language and graphics). *Please note: I won’t be editing your content or creating original language, save for a few inspired content gems. I’ll be providing reflections, suggestions, and personalized next steps. If you are interested in done-for-you content, please explore the Vision.Values.Voice container.
I’ll focus on tone, missing pieces, moving from extractive to liberatory language, uplifting your unique voice, identifying clear calls to action, creating alignment with your right-fit community, and answering your specific content questions.
We’ll then meet virtually for a 45-min Consult to review my suggestions, explore your thoughts and questions, and make a plan for next steps. You’ll receive a google-doc of everything I’ve outlined, including tangible to-dos to move your content forward.
This is a great stand-alone process if you’re excited to write and refresh your own copy, or it can be a fabulous foundation for our continued copywriting collaboration.

Through a creatively nourishing 1:1 all-day retreat, expert content review, and aligned thought partnership, we’ll move together through a transformative four-t0-six week process that leads you back to your own knowing, with galvanizing clarity on your path. We can absolutely dedicate our retreat time to developing website content or diving into language creation for your offerings — let’s word-weave together and create messaging that deeply resonates.
COPYWRITING RETAINER
A great fit if you’re ready for ongoing support with your communications and messaging. Wonderful for solopreneurs and organizations.
We’ll weave justice-rooted messaging that speaks to your community, puts your vision into words, and uplifts your values — without using manipulative or oppressive marketing tactics. Our partnership can be used to generate internal and external communications, newsletter series and sequences, grant applications, and any other language that eases your workload while amplifying your impact.
Packages begin at $2.5k per month with a three-month commitment.
