Vessel provides partnership on the path — a creative sanctuary in which to iterate and ideate, to bring your doubt and complexity (and conviction!) without shame; to practice, play, rediscover, and return to your own knowing. Here you will receive scaffolding to support you through the shifting, growth, and transformation as you bring your heartwork even more clearly into being.
Four months of transformative support. Six 90-min sessions. One four-hour deep dive retreat. A blend of mentorship, consulting, ritual, generative co-creation, and loving accountability. Your vision — rooted & realized.
Our sessions are 90-minutes long to provide time for both deep witnessing and connection as well as tangible action. We start and end each session with a short presence practice — which might look like breath, journaling, or poetry. We’ll have room to honor the big picture while also diving into the nitty gritty, moving your vision forward.

We connect for two 90-min sessions each month for three months
We dive deep for a personalized 4-hour retreat ((virtually or in person in PDX)) during our fourth month
I’m available for mini consults & check-ins via the Voxer app — Mon-Wed, 10-4pm PST ((up to 1-hour every month))
You receive up to 1-hour of consultation, content review, or collaborative copywriting via email/google docs each month

Your Investment:
I offer a sliding scale for the Vessel Mentorship: $6,600—$8,400 for our 4-month container
Alexis J Cunningfolk's Green Bottle Method is a beautiful way to determine where you land on the sliding scale
I welcome payments in one, four, or six monthly installments for no additional fee.
I am also able to offer a few 12-month payment cycles — with priority given to folks with financial need who are Black, Indigenous, People of Color, trans, queer, disabled, or single parents. Just indicate on your application that you’re interested in this payment cycle. *If you're feeling called to work together but these options still aren’t financially feasible for you, reach out and we’ll connect about possibilities.
