As justice-rooted leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers, part of sustaining the shifts and evolutions in our work and leadership (especially in these consequential times) is having a generative container of support — a cocoon in which we can come apart, recalibrate, coalesce, and emerge.
I deeply believe that we are not meant to do our work alone. That it’s in the places of powerful witnessing, energetic exchange, creative thought-partnership, and generous accountability that we remember our truth and are better able to clarify and catalyze our path.

We’ll circle up, in person, for nourishing and inspiring co-creation, rooted ritual, learning and practice, deep witnessing, and tangible forward action.
When we’re in Portland, we’ll be at a stunning, light-drenched artist’s studio. In October we’ll meet at a cozy coastal cabin in Cape Meares with an epic view of the waves. All food and materials will be provided.

We’ll spend spacious days at the coast, being nourished on every level, deepening into our heartwork, soaking up the magic of the ocean, & sharing our offerings with one another.

From July-December we’ll meet virtually with our Council for two hours every month.
Here is where we’ll engage our questions, witness each other’s growth, hold each other (lovingly) accountable to our visions, and experience Anya’s signature Catalyst Crux frameworks to grow our language, leadership, and legacy offerings.
*We’ll confirm our monthly session date/time with the Council.

Every month, you and I will connect for a one-on-one, heart-to-heart 90-min session to dive into the logistics of your unique vision and work. We’ll establish soulful systems that work for you — supporting aligned presence and action.
I provide a personalized blend of mentorship, consultation, collaborative copywriting, and content coaching to meet you where you’re at and lovingly guide you to where you want to go. Together, we will nourish your leadership and catalyze your vision in sacred, tangible ways.
*Our sessions will typically be held by phone/Zoom, with the possibility of in-person on select days.
I’m also available for mini consults & check-ins via the Voxer app — Mon-Wed, 10-4pm PST ((up to 1-hour every month)).

Our Council is designed to be responsive to the needs and desires of our group, and is emergent in focus and scope. We will co-create together.
During their time in the Catalyst container, past cohort members have designed and launched brand new offerings; created signature, sold-out workshops, retreats and ongoing classes; crafted website content, written and published books, produced oracle decks, doubled and tripled their income, applied for and received six-figure grants, left ill-fitting jobs and built new businesses, shifted long-time stuck patterns and generated new, thriving patterns; embodied and operationalized their justice lens, established personalized systems and structures that help them thrive, made aligned life changes, moved from overfunctioning to cultivating deep rest and space, and so much more.

I offer tiered payment for the Council: $8,800, $10,400, or $12,000 for our 7-month container.

When you pay in one installment, you’ll receive a personalized 4-hour retreat day with me (virtual or in-person). I also welcome payments in six or eight monthly installments for no additional fee.
I offer two spots on a 12-month payment cycle for any payment tier — with priority given to folks with financial need who are Black, Indigenous, People of Color, trans, queer, disabled, or single parents.
