✦ Relational Networking & Creative Fuel for Justice-Rooted Entrepreneurs ✦

TL;DR: A six-month container of meaningful, relational networking sessions with a circle of like-hearted, justice-rooted biz owners and entrepreneurs looking to make kindred connections, uplift each other’s work, sustain our energy in these turbulent times, and build an ecosystem of support not dependent on social media. Touch-points twice per month include skillfully facilitated Relational Networking Sessions and alternating Creative Fuel Workshops & Co-Working Sessions. Plus, inclusion in the Kinship Directory — to share your vital work far & wide!

Find your people. Grow your work. Thrive together.

June 9th-November 17th
Two Mondays every month (via Zoom)
12pm PST

You have amazing offerings you want to share. Programs you’re ready to fill. Your work makes a real difference, deeply serves your community, and embodies your values. ((Or you know it can!)) It is also crucial to you making a life and a living. But in order to reach the next threshold in your financial sustainability and thriving, to expand your ripples of impact, you need more people to engage with your work.

It can be downright exhausting to constantly be creating, sharing, and marketing your work. Yet, to grow your work, you need people to know about your work.

What if it felt easeful, joyful even, to promote your business, expand your reach, get more eyes on your work, and welcome right-fit folks into your latest offerings?

What if you didn’t have to struggle to be heard and seen amidst the chaos of overloaded, oversaturated, biased platforms; pour hours into posts that the algorithm hides anyway, carefully craft newsletter sequences that don’t get the open rates you need, force yourself to show up for awkward networking events that drain your social battery and don’t lead anywhere, or continually share your offers with the same devoted yet tapped-out pool of clients on your existing lists?

  1. What if you could find your people — from the comfort of your home, office, or couch?

  2. What if you didn’t have to prepare any fresh content, snappy soundbites, or promotional posts — and you could just show up, honest and unpolished and in process — and make genuine connections that tangibly nourish your biz?

  3. What if you could skip the small talk and engage in meaningful conversations with folks who are your people — or will connect you with your people?

  4. What if you had a consistent circle of like-hearted biz owners committed to lifting you up, sharing your work, and sending aligned clients your way?

As the world gets noisier and more destabilizing, as this administration erodes more and more of what we care about and depend on, and as we still want and need to share our work in meaningful, thriving, liberatory ways, these circles of support become all the more vital. Let’s disentangle from platforms that don’t serve us (and often censor us) — and turn to spaces dedicated to mutual thriving, where we can truly be seen, heard, and uplifted.

With a world in free fall, let’s activate our net.

Very often, the offerings we create and share are for each other, even though we don’t yet know one another. As kindred business owners, we’re grappling with similar questions and can resource-share the answers; our services can beautifully complement one another to better support our clients and community. You might know my next right-fit client, and I likely know yours. So let’s get to know each other!

Your new aligned clients, business besties, referral partners, and potential collaborators await!!

The Kinship community includes coaches, mentors, founders, attorneys, teachers, facilitators, artists, product designers, personal trainers, somatic practitioners, web designers, writers, spiritual guides, naturopaths, healers, food sovereignty advocates, pleasure activists, photographers, farmers, realtors, death doulas, and so many more. All justice-rooted; all using their businesses as vehicles for their values.

These circles have yielded ample business for members as folks hire each other. They’ve resulted in generous ongoing referrals, energizing cross-pollination of ideas and resources, expanded audiences, and creative partnerships and collaborations.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. From June-November, we meet on Zoom two Mondays a month at 12pm PST for:

  2. Monthly Relational Networking Sessions (2-hr)

    1. Skillfully facilitated sessions perfect for empaths, introverts, and neurodiverse solopreneurs. Show up as you are, from wherever you are. No polish or soundbites needed. We’ll engage in meaningful conversation, crowd-source, and leave feeling energized. (Six sessions)

  1. Monthly Co-Working Space & Creative Fuel Workshops (90-min)

    • Creative Fuel Workshops: I’ll be sharing three of my core tools for cultivating clarity and ease in our language and offering development. These include my signature North Star Process, Core Framework structure, and Offering Outline. Another great way to get to know each other — and to support us as we share our work more widely. (Three sessions)

    • Co-Working: Make forward progress alongside community, body-double, and deepen into connections you make during our Networking sessions. (Three sessions)

  2. Community Uplift

    1. In joining Kinship, you are also committing to expanding our ripples outside of our sessions by nurturing connections with at least one person in the circle each month (in a way that fully honors your capacity). This might look like signing up for someone’s newsletter, sharing their work on Insta or highlighting them in your newsletter, making a direct introduction to someone outside of this circle, exchanging sample sessions to get a better feel for each other’s work, taking a look at their website/social etc. People you connect with each month will be doing the same for you!!

  3. Inclusion in the Kinship Directory — a dynamic directory of values-aligned businesses in a searchable database. This Directory will be shared far and wide among Kinship members and beyond, so a vast circle of folks can learn about your work and reach out to you with ease. Your access to/inclusion in the directory is ongoing! (If you ask me, the directory alone is worth the cost of this program!)

  4. Access to our conversation platform — where you can share your current offerings, ask for support and resources, crowd-source, & engage with our Kinship community in between sessions.

  • We meet on Mondays at 12pm PST. Our Relational Networking sessions are 2-hours, and our Co-Working & Creative Fuel sessions are 90-min.

    • You acknowledge and attend to the wider contexts in which we do our work and are committed to your own ways of unwinding from capitalism and white supremacy.

    • You are, or enjoy being around people who are, queer, neurodivergent, empaths, & introverts.

    • You’re curious to meet and know other biz owners, leaders, and changemakers.

    • You commit to doing something to uplift another Kinship member’s work and offerings each month. (In a way that honors your capacity).

    • You have some virtual element of your work and can serve people across the country/globally — as folks will be joining from all over.

  • We officially begin on Monday, June 9th, from 12pm-2pm PST with our first Relational Networking session on Zoom.

  • Kinship is for people at any stage of business. We’ll have folks who have worked for themselves for decades, and others who are just starting out. Kinship is a great place to share about existing offerings, plant the seed for new/emerging ideas, or just experience the energy and inspiration of connecting with other amazing people doing meaningful work in the world.

  • Our two-hour networking sessions are skillfully facilitated to help us skip the small talk and get to know each other in meaningful ways.

We’ll open our session with a brief grounding practice, and then break into 1:1 and small groups to chat through guided prompts designed to spark genuine connections.

Please come with your cameras on and be ready to engage with other folks.

No soundbites, smarmy selling, or polish expected here. Show up as you are — imperfect, evolving, honest, in process.

In no-pressure and creative ways, you’ll be invited to share your current (or upcoming) work & offerings (which can still be in the visioning stage!) and who/what you are calling in.

We’ll do some resource-sharing and crowd-sourcing in the large group, and close our session together.

My hope is that we all leave feeling energized, seen, connected, and uplifted!

  • Because this is not a one-and-done networking event. We’re here to generate meaningful connections and spark real biz relationships — and that takes time.

Our six-month container allows us space to share our evolving work in multiple ways, provides a context to nurture connections without adding to our to-do list, and invites us to explore and practice new tools.

    • All of our sessions are on Zoom on Mondays at 12pm PST.

    • Networking calls and Co-working sessions are not recorded. Workshops will be recorded and shared.

  • It is likely that over our six-months, folks will have to miss a session or two. That’s okay!! Please do try and attend sessions live so you can get the most out of this experience.

All Creative Fuel Workshops will be recorded and shared.

Networking and Co-working sessions are not recorded.

You’ll have ongoing access to our community conversation platform, where people can share updates and offerings, and engage between sessions.

  • In early June you’ll receive a link to fill out a brief form with information that will populate our Directory.

The Directory will be updated twice/year.

  • No refunds will be provided for Kinship. There are so many ways to receive enormous benefit from this container.

Even if you are unable to attend the duration of the Kinship container you will be required to pay the entire cost of the program, at the tier you’ve selected.
