I’m Caryn (she/her). My work is to hold hope, inspire insight, and wield wisdom in service of your Inner Knowing so you can welcome your wholeness, transmit your truth, and broadcast your brilliance.
I believe you can live a life that honors all of who you are and benefits humanity as a whole through learning to embody your clarity, purpose, and satisfaction.
Through deep relationship, compassionate curiosity, somatic awareness, and (often) the framework of the Enneagram, I support seekers as they encounter their shadows, hold the tension of life’s paradoxes, and become responsive stewards of the ever-emerging present.
I work with folks 1:1 and in group containers virtually and in Portland, Oregon.
