I’m Aimee (she/her), a bodyworker and educator supporting women and womb carriers in reconnecting with the sacred relationship between health, sexuality, and spirituality. My work centers body autonomy, nervous system awareness, and compassionate reconnection to self.
With over 20 years of experience in massage therapy and somatic healing, I specialize in supporting people through the initiation of perimenopause — a powerful threshold of transformation, wisdom, and renewal.
Through Womb Health Sessions, I offer gentle, integrative pelvic care that weaves physical and energetic tools to restore balance and deepen embodiment. Breast Care is also offered as an optional addition, either alongside the pelvic work or as a focused session. Reconnecting to the breasts and the womb often opens a profound sense of self-awareness, nourishment, and embodied wholeness.
