You say yes and we schedule a 60-min Visioning Session to get acquainted, talk through your desires and challenges, and create a meaningful map for our work.
Either before or after our Retreat, I pore over your words — in a Focused Content Review (up to 2-hours) of your website, the notes you’ve sent me, your organizational mission, your curriculum iterations — i.e. any old or new language or collateral you’d like my eyes on. I share my reflections, edits, and guidance when we connect.
We gather for our Generative Retreat. You, me, & a spacious, 6-hour day dedicated to your heartwork. With time for ritual, reflection, creative integration, co-ideation and thought partnership — yielding enlivening, clarifying, tangible results. ((We’ll either connect virtually or at a gorgeous space in Portland, Oregon)).
You’ll leave our Retreat with progress you can see & feel, as well as Aligned Next Steps to move your vision forward.
A few weeks later we’ll connect via phone for a 90-min Forward Motion Session to follow up on the goals and action steps we outlined, support integration, and galvanize continued forward momentum.

The Threshold Container costs $5,400
$1,800 is due to book our first session.
The remainder can be paid in one, two, or four installments for no additional fee.
Equity pricing spots are available at a cost of $4,200 each ((with extended payment cycles available for no additional fee)). Folks with financial need who are Black, Indigenous, People of Color, trans, queer, disabled, or single parents will be given priority.
