I’m Meena (she/her). I help women source their power from pleasure so they can fulfill their deepest purpose without burning out. Through my programs, women learn how to connect with their deepest emotions, desires, and intuition using music, movement, and visualizations as guides back home to themselves. Pleasure is a form of resistance to a capitalist world. It is renewable energy that runs freely and abundantly in all of our bodies, full of potent, rich, fertile fuel from which to source our entire lives. There is another way.
