The course is designed to move off of the page and directly into your life and work — with tools, reflection prompts, and practices that you can implement immediately.
Just like all of my workshops and offerings, I’ve designed Holding Space to be aesthetically beautiful, creatively inspiring, interactive and engaging. I am your guide, but we’re in this together — we’ll be co-creating, discovering, and learning alongside one another.
Yes, we are connecting virtually, but this course is live — meaning everyone is invited to journey together over the 5-weeks. We will explore themes collectively and will have the opportunity to share, connect, and collaborate.
Make your way through the weekly content alongside our community (guided by Anya) or feel free to move at your own nourishing pace. (You’ll have access to the course until January 21st. This time frame is designed to encourage your completion of the content, to not let it sit in your inbox and add to your to-do list. If you need more time at the end of the 3-months, we can talk!)
We begin on October 21st and move through the course content together until November 22nd.
Every Tuesday you’ll receive access to the new week’s content on a password protected, gorgeous, easy to navigate platform.
Each week you’ll receive:
A 30-50 minute pre-recorded teaching video exploring the weekly theme
An original audio track to support your creative resilience (with ways to adapt it for use with your own groups)
A gorgeous workbook with writing prompts + action steps to guide your process and make the learning come alive in your work
Invitations for embodied, experiential hands-on exploration of the content and ways to engage with our learning community
Inspiring written interviews with three leaders + facilitators representing a breadth of styles and focus areas — from writers, to social justice advocates, theatre artists, painters, community organizers, coaches, conflict mediators, and more
During the course, you’ll also have access to:
Two live Community Calls via Zoom — bring your questions, ideas, and inspirations, and we’ll dive deeper together. There will be time for breakout sessions with smaller groups. These calls will be recorded if you can’t attend live.

Holding Space begins on October 21st and ends on November 22nd. (You’ll have access to the course content until January 21, 2020).

Optional live Community Calls will be hosted via Zoom from 6-7:30pm PST on Tuesday, October 29th + Tuesday, November 12th. These calls will be recorded if you can’t attend live.
You’ll have the opportunity to go as deep as you like with the content. Planning to spend at least one-hour per week on course content is recommended.

All of the course content lives on easy-to-navigate pages in Squarespace. You’ll want high speed internet to access the content and watch the videos. A password will be sent via email before the course begins.
If you’d like to join us for the live Community Calls, you’ll need Zoom (the app is free) on your phone or computer.
If you want to print the downloadable worksheets, you’ll need access to a printer.
You will likely want your favorite journal and pen. Additional art materials are absolutely optional.
*I recommend that you have an in-person group you’re working with as you make your way through this course. This could be a casual gathering with friends, a mastermind you facilitate, an official class or course you’re already offering. Having an embodied way to practice these tools will help deepen the learning. (This is not required but encouraged.)
Holding Space will likely be offered again in 2020, but I’m not sure when. If you are interested in experiencing the course live — with my guidance and a vibrant community of virtual participants — this is the time!
Holding Space is a five-week virtual course introducing participants to some of the core themes that we explore in greater depth through the Catalyst Leadership Immersion — a ten-month in-person cohort with multiple retreats, monthly 1:1 Mentorship, and high-touch personalized support.
Holding Space is a dynamic and foundational stand-alone course. It is also highly recommended if you are considering joining the Catalyst Leadership Immersion or any of my additional in-person offerings.
