Caitlin Pearl (they/them) is a facilitator, artist, and educator who helps create caring and radically inclusive learning environments. They are the founder of The Reframe Collective, a constellation of micro-schools and creative cohorts that center community care, self-expression, and joyful learning. Caitlin creates spaces where people of all ages feel free to explore, express, become, and feel like they belong. Their offerings include The Re.Imaginaries Preschool, The Tool School, and The Rainbow School, which together support children, youth, and adults through creative exploration, identity transitions, and collaborative learning.
Their work centers queer, neurodivergent, and immunocompromised community members, and is rooted in ritual, creativity, relationship, and wonder. Caitlin’s offerings draw from over 20 years of teaching, parenting, and imagining freer futures.
When they’re not guiding groups through transformation, Caitlin loves working one-on-one with individuals around their clothing and personal style through Wardrobe Resourcery. They offer wardrobe trades, new-to-you treasure bundles, and styling sessions—both virtually and in person—with shipping available for those at a distance.
